Understand the Role of CORA in Property Management

The Central Office for the Registration of Assets (CORA) is the government body responsible for managing the allocation, handover, and inventory of government quarters and movable property within those quarters. All formal handover and handover-out processes for government quarters are arranged through CORA. Officers assigned government quarters do not deal directly with a previous or subsequent occupant — all transitions must go through CORA. No item of government property may be removed from a quarter or moved between quarters without CORA's written permission.
