Which type of leave do you need?

Submit Your Leave Application
Complete the official leave application form indicating the type of leave (maternity or paternity) and the requested dates. Submit to your Head of Department with the supporting medical documentation.

Return to Work
You are expected to return to duty on the date your leave expires. Failure to return on time may result in being placed on unpaid leave and could lead to disciplinary action. If you need additional time for medical reasons, consult a Medical Officer and apply for sick leave with a medical certificate.
